About
Us
Founded
in 1962 and first incorporated in 1966 as the Newfoundland Hospital Association,
the Newfoundland and Labrador Health Boards Association (NLHBA) represents a
strong collective voice for its member
organizations. Established on April 1, 2005, four Regional Health Authorities deliver health and community services in each of the four
regions - Eastern, Central, Western and Labrador-Grenfell. The
NLHBA provides services to meet the needs of members
and is governed by a voluntary board of directors who serve in the public
interest.
