Negotiates province-wide collective agreements with unions on behalf of Health Authorities and Government

Provides educational seminars/workshops (on several different issues) for Human Resources Managers and management staff

Researches and develops positions on labour-related issues (workplace health and safety, labour relations, human rights, and recruitment and retention)

Represents and advocates for employers in grievance and arbitration hearings

Provides a full range of labour relations services
