NLHBA Standard Terms and Conditions have changed as of June 7th, 2007. Please ensure you review all terms and conditions prior to placing your bid.
Quotations are subject to all conditions outlined in any additional terms and conditions as well as the NLHBA's standard terms and conditions.
Bids must be submitted online for items posted through GPOTS.
Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be considered and will returned to sender. The date and time as indicated by the NLHBA GPOTS shall govern.
Quotations will not be accepted electronically other than items posted through GPOTS or specifically requested in any additional terms and conditions.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by the NLHBA.
