Printing Requests for Quotations Prior to Electronic Submission

To print a tender for review prior to electronic submission, log on to GPOTS, open the tender, click Make A Bid and then Print in your browser toolbar. This will print all required bid information with the exception of the following, which you will find under the View Reports Section as listed below:

1. NLHBA Standard Terms and Conditions - in Miscellaneous section

2. Member Quantities - in Miscellaneous section titled "Survey Spread Sheet Series (X) . pdf"

3. Member Key - in Miscellaneous section titled "Member Key.pdf"

You will also find an Item Catalogue for each applicable series listed in the Miscellaneous section (titled "Item List Series (X)"), which will give you a listing of all items for this series. However, all items in this catalogue may not be on the tender, as quantities may not have been required.
