operating a total of 180 acute care beds.

is the regional referral centre for
Western Newfoundland
and provides services to a population base of approximately 82,000
people.
Corner Brook

a scenic city with a population of about 23,000 and offers modern
urban amenities as well as easy access to wide open space and outdoor

This position is one of four salaried Psychiatry positions providing out
patient and in patient service to the
Corner Brook
and surrounding areas.
Remuneration is as per the current Memorandum of Understanding.
Interested applicants must be eligible for registration with the
Newfoundland Medical Board
, and satisfy credentialing requirements of the Western Regional
Integrated Health Authority. Acceptable
Specialist training is required.
